This is probably my all around favorite fish... and that's saying a lot! its the Kobe Beef of the seafood world.
Its versatile, forgiving, and full flavor. Its probably the richest most buttery fish while maintaining a mild flavor, so that its not overwhelming and could literally pounds of it. If you have good taste (and a thick wallet), this is the fish for you!
